Established in 2008, it is one of the earliest professional distribution companies in China to introduce outdoor sports products from abroad. In the past few years, Hooway has successfully introduced several international first-tier brands such as the Spanish BUFF headwear, the American BISON outdoor leisure belt, the American HYDRAPAK running and cycling water equipment, the Italian MASTERS trekking poles, and the American IMPLUS Group's BALEGA and ROCKTAPE.

With the vigorous development of China's outdoor sports industry, Hooway has also made significant progress. In 2010, the company introduced an innovative and advanced business management model, proposed the mission of integrating brands and improving services, and started the concept of "Fashion Outdoor Boutique Accessories Collection Store". Bringing small products of accessories into mall channels has achieved great success in pilot markets such as Xi'an and Shenyang. After a year of development and precipitation in 2011, new international brands joined. In 2020, the company set up a new development segment, integrating Tmall's beastwill flagship store, Tiktok, JD, Pinduoduo and offline channels, which is specialized in multi brand introduction and production and sales of private outdoor brands.

In 2023, the company successfully added the Klean Kanteen water bottle brand from the United States, further enriching the product line of fashionable outdoor sports accessories.
